During my first break at work I had about 1.25 cups of grapes. Reason: Hunger. A couple hours later at about 3:30 I had my lunch/dinner thing which consisted of one home made pita, a couple tablespoons of delicious hummus my dad made, two medium carrots and some cucumbers, as well as a Kashi Peanutbutter granola bar. When I got home at around 8:30 I had an Ezekiel english muffin with about a teaspoon of almond butter and a teaspoon of orange marmalade. I know I probably haven’t eaten enough today but I’m not hungry and I’m scared if I start eating now I won’t be able to stop. Ugh.
ETA: Had about a cup of brussel sprouts because I felt like I hadn’t eaten nearly enough vegetables today.
ETA #2: I’m now enjoying a smoothie made with about a cup together of frozen strawberries and blueberries, some almond milk, two stevia packages and about 1/4 cup oats. Okay, after this I’m done and satisfied.
