
For breakfast I had a plain ezekiel english muffin with orange marmalade (which claims to have 15% DV of vitamin c for tablespoon.. hmm..) on one side and about half a teaspoon of AB on the other. I chopped up a medium sized banana and drizzled it all with some sugar free maple syrup. After I finish this bottle of sf maple syrup I don’t plan on buying anymore.
Even after last nights HUGE binge I woke up hungry. What’s up metabolism? The scale says I weight 5 pounds heavier but I know it’s not physically possible I gained that much and that it’s just the weight of the food, water retention and all that jazz. My stomach seems to have a perma-bloat now a days
Well I’m off to try to fix some of the damage I caused last night with a run on the treadmill. See you for lunch.. non existent readers..
This morning for breaky I had 1/2 cup of oats with 1/2 (plus a little bit) cup of canned pumpkin, about a teaspoon of flaxseed meal, a splash some silk light and a dollop of almondbutter. This created a MASSIVE bowl and that is the kind of bowl that I like. Yump. I wasn’t quite hungry yet but I could kind of feel it start to come on (maybe).
I woke up a lot later than usual (9:30) but in my defence, I had to work two 8 hour shifts back to back so I think I needed it.
Today I plan to have a night jog since it’s too hot out now for it. Or maybe I’ll go to the gym if my mom brings the car back in time. I started going to the downtown YMCA instead of the Northshore one and it is SO MUCH BETTER. More variety of equipment, tvs on the treadmills, elipticals and bikes and just a more pleasant atmosphere. I actually look forward to going here.
Breakfast: About one cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup added blueberries, a packet of stevia and a splash of almond milk.
Reason for eating: It was there (I wasn’t actually hungry yet)
I went for a quick 20 minute jog around the park and the neighbourhood. It was probably about 2 miles, if even. I just wasn’t feeling it today.
Now I have to go shower and get ready for an 8 hour shift at work. Gahhh.
