Okay, I like salad.. a lot. But it has to be a really special type of salad for me to want to eat it twice a day, not just regular ol’ greens and your traditional salad vegetables.
But I’m lazy.
So salad it was! I sprinkled some hemp seeds on it and some bottled soy ginger dressing. Not too bad. The sprouts are home (jar) grown and as much as I want to like them they just taste.. so bitter? There’s something about them that I don’t like. Anyone have any experience with bitter sprouts? I also had a grilled avocado sandwich on Ezekiel bread (Which I opened up because I am a volume eater) with dijon mustard and dipped in ketchup.. talk about class!
For dessert I had a Belsoy soy pudding in caramel which are DELICIOUS and was eaten before the camera could make an appearance.

This is what they look like, except imagine the container is a horrid, horrid shade of toilet contents brown.
I also had half a mango (not pictured).. I wasn’t hungry but it was just whispering my name from inside the fridge “Saraaahhhhh, Saraaaaaaaaah”. Something like that. What kind of accent do you think mangos would have?
See ya later wiff my snack!
