For lunch at around 12:30 I had a La Tortilla whole grain wrap with some salsa and the rest of the left over refried beans (about 1/3 cup). I also had a whole wack of vegetables: two medium carrots, chopped, lots of celery and mushrooms which I dipped in some more of my dads home made hummus (a couple tablespoons). For dessert (kind of?) I had about a cup of cherries and a few chunks of cut up watermelon.
